Our specialised Commercial and Procurement team have extensive experience in helping our customers achieve value for money within their projects.   
 

We offer a wide range of consulting services with experience and expertise in both sourcing and contract management activities to deliver your projects. 
 

We have significant experience of procurement throughout the whole CADMID cycle including procurement and commercial strategy, business case approvals, pre-sourcing activities, tender preparation and management, assessment, evaluation, contract award, in service change and contract management through to contract exit and termination. 

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT AND ASSURANCE

Our Commercial consultants can be established within your organisation to enable the effective management of your contracts including managing contract risk and effective supplier management.  
 

We base our Contract Management and Assurance services on 3 core principles: 

  • Effective Contract Administration – Ensuring key contract decisions and records are maintained, accurate and up to date and that change is managed effectively. 

  • Relationship Management – Creating effective communication and collaboration between all stakeholders involved in the contract and managing any conflicts effectively. 

  • Effecting Contract Management - Managing performance and service delivery, ensuring all project stakeholders deliver their obligations in line with the contract. 

PROCUREMENT SERVICES

Our Commercial consultants have significant sourcing experience with   regard to implementation of public procurement regulatory principles including Restricted and Negotiated procedures. We are experienced with both Defence and Security Public Contracting Regulations (DSPCR) and Public Contract Regulations (PCR) and are confident in using Crown Commercial Services Frameworks.

CABINET OFFICE CONTROLS

Our Commercial consultants have experience in the cabinet office controls process and procedures, enabling commercial support with Outline Business Cases (OBC) through the internal MOD ARB and IAC processes, creating commercial strategies to support the requirement through to Full Business Case (FBC) submission and approval. Using effective stakeholder management to ensure all aspects of the commercial requirements are considered.
